Your personal data is processed in order to draw contracts and meet the requirements of those already signed for the services offered by Red Line Logistic. This is the period defined by legal regulations concerning the storage of data.
During the period of time-barred claims where data are needed for claim procedures.

You are entitled to file a complaint to an appropriate supervisory body defined in the current act regulating the rules of personal data protection. Giving your personal data is voluntary, however, it is indispensable for contract signing and realisation of commissioned transport services.
